Peace By Piece Art is a registered charity, created to help individuals break cycles of intergenerational trauma and support ongoing mental health. Founded by the Songerwala Family in June 2024, Peace by Piece is dedicated to fostering healing through creative expression and somatic therapies. We draw from our own experiences of trauma, mental health challenges, navigating hospital and mental healthcare systems and recovery with creative expression and connection. We are committed to providing accessible support and a safe, nurturing space for others to explore and process their emotions, build resilience and capacity, and embark on a healing journey, piece by piece.
